We have more elves to show off today and are finally in a position where are feeling comfortable enough to define our intended shipping dates. This has been tough to define, but as we have got closer to completion the margin for error has decreased to somewhere I am comfortable to declare. Please allow a little room for movement but we believe this is achievable.
Our goal is to try and complete this project inside of 2020. We have completed production on most of the products and the production team have bent over backwards to help us try to get this over the finish line. There is a handful of figures that are left to go through the process and once we get significant numbers of these we can finally start the shipping process.
This does mean that we will be sending out the shipping address confirmation in the next month. It is best to keep this relatively close to the shipping date to ensure we maintain accurate information. We will post another update soon to give you a heads up about the shipping address confirmation.
This project has dragged out beyond our intended shipping date. We would like to thank you all for you kind understanding given the current circumstance. For me personally, I tend to work away behind closed doors to get these projects completed but it has become clear I have to get better at communicating this sort of information more regularly.

We are making progress and are getting closer to completion! Our sincerest thank you for your patience and understanding!
I have finally assembled a lot of the elves and seeing them all together is very satisfying. I am over the moon with the level of clarity on these miniatures! We do still have some archers and females to get through but we are getting there. Hopefully, when you all receive the minis it will make up for the wait and bring some level of joy after what Covid-19 has brought to this year.
(Missing Arm below...I believe its on my desk somewhere...ooops :D)

I hope everybody is well!
This is a quick update prior to a slightly larger update. We will soon have some more minis to show off!
Last month, we made some good progress. There were a few mild hurdles to jump and sidestep. But coming into August we are going strong. It is starting to feel closer to normal for us. I have no doubt we will find a few more hurdles to jump. But the policy remains the same. We are going forwards, we are making minis, production are doing a fantastic job, the quality is what you expect from us and this project is taking steps towards completion!
We will be showing some more photos of elf sets very soon! I have seen them and am over the moon with the results. I will get photos in a update posted soon!
July Update 1

I hope everybody is well! This message comes with good news and progress! On a personal level, my household did have to go into isolation for the second time due to Sarah and James both having a persistent cough again. But fortunately, we were able to get tested and were all cleared as negative.
As always, I am on catch up today after being out of office again. My partner Sarah, is now jumping on board to assist with admin and communication. Something that has been harder to keep on top of as the company has grown and coronavirus affecting my office hours. I expect a better level of commuication going forwards as she has already bought folders and spent her budget on stationary.
But lets get down to the good stuff. At the start of this month, I can confirm that our pipeline is about to be back to normal. I can also confirm that we have made progress this month. A large proportion of the range is now ready. We have hit our full quantities for a lot of the release. We now need to get the last parts of the range through production.
This is something we are in the process of scheduling and a shipping date will be confirmed shortly. It is important that due to the delay with coronavirus we try to be accurate. I would ideally like to not understate or overstate significantly. We are a few phonecalls and conversations away from locking this down.
I will get some assembled photos posted in the next update. My gorilla glue didnt arrive today but it's on the way!
If you are concerned about completing the process, please do not worry. We can handle this, either via the backerkit system or manually for you.

I hope everybody is doing well under the circumstance. I have been mostly out of office over the past few weeks. It is a very weird time and I'm busy on a major catch up again today. This post was initially intended for 2 weeks ago and then a week ago but I failed to get through my ever growing to do list under fewer office hours. Needless to say my performance in regards to communication could be and should be much better. Covid has created a weird bubble and time seems to be moving faster than usual at the moment. I am looking forward to a sense of normality again soon.
In more positive news, I am officially back in the office as of Wednesday full time and will endeavour to post more frequent updates.
At this point in time, I am happy to say we are making progress again whilst still in a state of pause for some of the project. With models we passed through the pipeline prior to covid we are now close or have hit full quantities. However, models in the earlier stages of production are still on pause. I have a few conversations this week when I return to the office to discuss how and when we will get the last few models to a scenario ready for delivery. Please bare with me while I try to establish an informed shipping date.
Below are a few images of some of unseen models and some clearer photos of some that have already been seen. These models have hit their quantities and we have some more which I will photograph when I am back in the office. I am looking forward to building the models for better photos and hopefully once caught up in the office I can put together a few more professional images.
The images below are from an iphone but show some of the beautiful detail we are achieving. There are always options to compensate and find a way to finish. But for us, I am proud to say we have a highly refined pipeline and quality always comes first. I hope you like them and that you will forgive my radio silence (not for the first time).
