I can confirm that we now have 34 packages left to ship. These packages are packed and ready to go!

Once again, we would like to thank you all for the positive feedback we have had so far and for all the unboxing and reviews on social media, we really do appreciate it.
We do have an update on shipping for those of you who haven't received theirs yet. We can confirm that we are nearing the end of shipping now and 80-90% of orders have been sent. Additionally, we have orders packed and ready to go this week which will take us up to 95% shipped. This leaves just 5% of orders which we anticipate won’t take very long at all.
Our shipping department are working hard to complete these orders as quickly as possible and part of the team is working this weekend in order to send out confirmation emails for those orders that have already been shipped.
In response to some of the questions that have been asked recently, in order to make the shipping process more efficient we shipped in batches dependent on order type or shipment type. Unfortunately, giving a backer number therefore, would not be an accurate measure of where we are up to, this is why we try to use percentages as it gives a broader overview.
If you have not received your package your status will either be on its way and marked as fulfilled shortly, or it will be part of the orders that are packed ready to go, and if not in those two categories it will be in the last 5% which we will try to get through as fast as we can!

Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for the great response from those that have already received their orders. We are so happy that the minis have had received such wonderful reviews!
There have been unpredictable delivery services worldwide, during this challenging time and also over the Christmas period. I can confirm that we decided to ease into shipping due to a few of these circumstances at the start of January. We hope that these difficulties settle down but we are aware that the situation is ongoing. That being said, we are pleased to say that shipping has been progressing amazingly well and we are now approaching 70% of the orders shipped. For those still waiting, we assure you that your order will be shipped soon.
We are using a systematic approach of shipping in batches and I can confirm that orders that have shipped in December and early January should have received a notification to confirm their status. As of this point, we are changing the fulfillment status of orders that have shipped in shorter intervals. A few orders that have shipped over the last few days will recieve confirmation shortly...aka there might be a slight delay in receiving a shipping confirmation email as the fulfillment statements are being marked in batches.
We are using a variety of shipping methods to best suit the needs of individual orders. But we do aim to update the information and keep you informed.
We hope this helps to answer some of the queries popping up....we can't wait to hear what you think of your Elves :)

Hope you're all doing well under the circumstances.
Firstly, thank you so much for your patience and understanding during the latter stages of this campaign!
We can confirm from liaison with shipping that we have now shipped a large proportion of the orders. We are starting to get some wonderful feedback from customers receiving their Elves over the past few weeks. The remaining orders will be sent over the next couple of weeks and we aim to complete shipping soon.
A few questions have been asked about shipping notifications. Some customers will receive notifications when an order is despatched and some will receive a confirmation email that their orders has been shipped over the next few weeks as we mark all orders as complete. We are using a variety of shipping methods to suit the needs of the campaign and these notifications largely depend on what shipping method was used, the country and the size of the order.
We thank you again for all of your continued support and understanding throughout our Kickstarter campaign and hope to hear all of the feedback from your orders as they arrive!
On a final note...I will be assisting Dan with Kickstarter updates in the future so we can hopefully update you as and when needed more frequently.
December Shipping Update

We are approaching the start of shipping. We are already packing orders and in the next couple of weeks we will start shipping. We are aiming to get through a large proportion of the orders before the end of the year.
This means that we will be locking shipping addresses over the next few days. Please take this email as the first notice. We will then send out the address email (approx Friday) which will automatically lock addresses 48 hours later.
Some people have asked if they can add to their orders. At this stage, you can but not for much longer. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle it manually for you.
If you haven't handled your order we can help you manually via email.
A few questions have been asked about priority. We are currently packing box sets. So the box offers will go out of the door first.
There are a lot of orders to get through and there is of course the potential for a smaller proportion of the orders to fall into January. We are close to the end and want to thank you for your patience on a project that has gone well beyond our intended shipping date. I hope you can forgive the delays and I'm sure you will love the products!
